CIP, in cooperation with several other CGIAR centers and partners have cooperated to improve CGIAR-wide training efforts while developing new tools for developing and sharing learning resources, and for strengthening global agricultural research capacities through reusability of, and wider access, to online learning materials as international public goods (IPGs). This report reviews related technical discussions, decisions and follow-up recommendations from the final major community activity of a CIP-managed OLR project. It is a product of CGIAR collective action over the past 4 years.
