The Odyssey of the Potato

Exhibition

As part of the activities for the 2008 International Year of the Potato, CIP has developed an exhibition entitled “The Odyssey of the Potato”, which illustrates the history, evolution and impact of the potato in today’s world. The exhibition reveals the rich history of the potato, its value today and in the future, and highlights the invaluable contribution that Peru and the Andean region have made to the development of the potato as an important world food crop.
