Harvest Information Officer
Recognizing the need for systematic and sustained information collection
on urban and peri-urban agriculture (UPA), as well
as the need to make the diverse and comprehensive
information on UPA partners and activities available
to different stakeholders, Urban Harvest has
recently appointed an new Information Officer Cathy Barker, October, 2007, at its Global Coordination Office
at the International Potato center (CIP) in Lima,
Peru. As well as gradually starting to update this website, she will be coordinating
and facilitating information exchange on activities
of Urban Harvest and the diverse partners in UPA for
a wider audience.
