1. Analyze the political situation in Metropolitan Lima in regards to urban agriculture.

1. To study the initial internal and external conditions in urban agricultural management in Metropolitan Lima, while focusing special attention on the norms/rules and inter-institutions.

2. Discuss with the respective authorities on urban agriculture in Metropolitan Lima over the necessities and opportunities of that sector.

2. To present the Social Learning model as an element of urban agriculture management policy in the municipalities.

1. Inform those responsible in the municipalities about development initiative in rural and local areas like the Social Learning proposal as a development tool developed by the Investigation Group in Rural-Local Sustainable Development of the UPM.

2. A participatory study on the possibilities that focuses on the above proposal, along with the particular necessities proclaimed by those involved.

3. To create a model proposal on urban agricultural policies that can be implemented in Metropolitan Lima.
